Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GNDX Protocol ("GNDX," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit gndx.finance (the "Site").

The GNDX Protocol smart contracts run autonomously on Arbitrum One. This policy covers the marketing website only — not the on-chain protocol, which has no ability to collect personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Analytics Data

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns on the Site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-preserving:

• No cookies are set.
• IP addresses are not stored or logged.
• No cross-site tracking or advertising pixels.
• Data collected: page views, referrer (domain only), device type, country (not city).

Information You Provide

If you contact us by email (e.g. info@gndx.finance, contact@gndx.finance, press@gndx.finance, or legal@gndx.finance), we collect your email address and the content of your message for the purpose of responding to you.

Launch Notification List

If you submit your email via the "Get notified" form at gndx.finance/notify, the form forwards your email address to our forms processor (currently Web3Forms, web3forms.com/privacy), which delivers it to our team inbox at info@gndx.finance. We then store your address solely for the purpose of sending a one-time launch notification.

We use your email only to notify you when GNDX Protocol goes live on Arbitrum One. We do not share your email with any third party (other than the forms processor described above), do not sell it, and do not use it for unrelated marketing or newsletters. After the launch notification is sent, we retain the address for a maximum of 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. You can request removal at any time by emailing legal@gndx.finance.

Wallet Address

The marketing site (gndx.finance) does not request wallet connections. The dApp at app.gndx.finance is governed by a separate privacy notice.

2. How We Use Information

• To understand which pages and content are most useful to visitors.
• To improve the Site performance and content.
• To respond to press, legal, or security enquiries sent by email.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing of any kind.

3. Cookies

The Site uses no advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or persistent cookies. Session cookies may be set by the browser for standard navigation but contain no personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics data shared with Vercel is aggregate and non-identifying. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

Aggregate analytics data is retained by Vercel per their data retention policy. Email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years or until no longer needed to respond to your enquiry.

6. Your Rights (GDPR — European Economic Area)

If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate personal data.
• Erasure: request deletion of your personal data.
• Restriction: request we limit processing of your data.
• Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object: to processing based on legitimate interests.

Given that we collect minimal data (no cookies, no IP addresses), most of these rights may not apply in practice. To exercise any right, contact legal@gndx.finance.

7. Your Rights (CCPA — California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, contact legal@gndx.finance.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
